INFORMATION YOU GIVE US
When you register via our online contact form, we will be collecting your name and contact details which will be used to answer any questions you have asked and place you on our newsletter mailing list. You can opt out of this at any time by replying unsubscribe to any email and this will be detailed at the end of newsletter each email.
These contact details will be kept for one year. If you have not engaged with us during this time in any way, we will delete your contact information at the end of the one year period. You will be able to sign up again for our newsletters via the website or by emailing us directly.
When you sign up for a camp using our online registration forms via the website, we will be collecting contact information as well as personal information regarding you and the camper. This is so that we can communicate with you about camp arrangements and email and/or post information regarding the camp you have registered for. The personal information gathered allows us to plan room allocations and language classes for the camp. The contact details will also be used after the camp to send the media and photo DVDs created by the campers, Christmas cards and a reminder for the following year’s camp. Contact information will be kept for one year. If you do not engage with us or ask to remain on our mailing list thereafter, we will delete your contact details.
When you send us an email or call us to ask for further details about a programme, we will respond to your queries and ask whether you would like to be added to our mailing list. You are under no obligation to agree to this and we will ask for your express permission to add you.
IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIES
We may collect information about your computer, including your IP address, operating system and browser type and for system administration. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual and we will not collect personal information in this way.

Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

We use contact information held about you in the following ways:
